1. Challenge Dates

The Step Master Challenge runs from 1st November 2025 to 30th November 2025, inclusive.

2. Entry Requirements

All participants must register by emailing admin@axiompartners.au with their:

• Full Name

• Address

• Phone Number

• Garmin Connect Username

Registrations close at 1:00PM AEST on Friday 31st October 2025.

Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstance.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be local to the Mackay & Whitsundays region

• Be 18 years or older at the time of entry

• Have a compatible Garmin Watch and an active Garmin Connect account

  ⚠️Note: Apple Watch and other non-Garmin users are not eligible due to technical compatibility issues.

4. Participation Conditions

All participants must make every reasonable effort to honestly and accurately record their steps and physical activity.

Participants agree that Axiom Partners is not responsible for:

• Data inaccuracies

• Step counts

• Technical issues relating to the Garmin platform

• Final leaderboard rankings (which are automatically calculated via Garmin Connect).

A valid form of photo ID must be presented to collect any prize.

5. Use of Garmin

Axiom Partners has no affiliation with Garmin.

Garmin was selected as the challenge platform due to its reliability and compatibility for this purpose.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

While physical activity may offer health benefits, this challenge:

• Is not designed with individual health conditions in mind

• Provides no guarantees regarding fitness, weight loss, or other health outcomes.

Participants are strongly encouraged to consult a medical or healthcare provider before taking part, especially if they have existing medical conditions or concerns.

Axiom Partners takes no responsibility for any injury, illness, or health issue incurred while participating in the Step Master Challenge.

7. Code of Conduct

Axiom Partners reserves the right to disqualify or remove participants at any time to protect the integrity, fairness, and reputation of the challenge.

Any form of dishonesty or manipulation of activity data may result in immediate removal.

8. Winner Announcement

Winners will be officially announced on Friday 5th December 2025 via Axiom Partners’ Facebook page.
